Rather than renovating and quickly selling properties via the traditional syndication model, we prioritize a return of equity following value-add, stabilization, and refinance, as well as provide cashflow in perpetuity for our partners. This model serves both our communities and partners in a way that traditional syndication cannot.
Intentionally deploy capital
We deploy capital towards underperforming commercial multifamily assets not available to the general public.
Increase property value
We increase value by selectively upgrading the property condition and improving operational efficiencies.
Return working equity
After value-add is complete, the new stabilized value allows for a refinance and return of partner capital.
Distribute monthly cashflow
We hold assets indefinitely and distribute cashflow to our partners in perpetuity, creating infinite returns.

Nick brings a long brokerage track record of relationships and finding great deals in the commercial real estate space. He also brings a successful history of acquisition, renovation and operation of commercial multifamily properties as well as prior successful fund operation experience.
Mark Cermak
Operations, Value-add & Development
Mark has been directly involved in over $500M of construction projects and brings over 15 years of industry experience. He began his career working for a top-ten general contractor and has spent the last seven years working for one of the world's largest commercial real estate firms, leading development management teams and executing projects.
